Where: Second year lab Computer Science and Informatics Building (B002)
Cost: Free for NetSoc and GameSoc members. Membership of both can be attained during freshers week or at the start of this event.

The event is in association with Gamesoc. A poll is currently on the forums to decide what games will be played.

New Netsoc Website Launch

Well I'm happy to announce the new website is launched. A little over a week of tweaking and fiddling and We're happy to launch it. Please be aware that the website is not finished we will be adding content and help topics to it constantly. We also hope to change the theme to something less bland in the near future. If you have any comments or suggestions please post them on the forums!

I am Currently putting together the website now and looking for people who want to write some content such as online Tutorials and help topics. These can be basically on anything from using your Shell account , making a website to using Ubuntu. Anyone interested in writing content such as this over the summer for the site? I'm already doing this but just wondering if more people wanna help out so we can have a hive of info by September. e-mail hsa@netsoc.com if your interested.
